Families And Children Together In Schools -F.A.C.T.S

Introduction to FACTS Project

Welcome to the exciting world of the Families and Children Together in Schools (FACTS) Project! This initiative is designed especially for families to come together and create meaningful experiences through playful activities. We hold these events at our school, where we aim to encourage fun, active play that strengthens the bond between parents and children. These experiences not only bring joy but also help in developing critical communication skills, making our school community even more vibrant and connected.

 Successful Coffee Morning Event

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for the FACTS coffee morning. Seeing so many parents and carers and your enthusiasm for the FACTS Games Project was truly inspiring. Your support is the reason why these events are a success, and it motivates us to continue creating nurturing environments where families can thrive together.

Interactive Play Sessions

We are thrilled to announce the continuation of our interactive play sessions as part of the FACTS Project. These sessions are specifically designed to bring parents and children together in a fun and supportive setting. Each session includes a mix of structured and free-play activities, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience for all. Come join us every Thursday after school, where fun and learning go hand in hand!

 Expert-Led Sessions

Our sessions are led by knowledgeable and caring professionals. Ms. Chung, an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), and Ms. Al-Assam, a trained counsellor, will be guiding these interactive play experiences. Their expertise ensures that each family can engage meaningfully, building lasting connections and strengthening the parent-child bond in an environment full of positivity and support.

 Support for Families with Siblings

Understanding the needs of our families, we are pleased to provide an option for siblings who require supervision during our play sessions. Ms. Wilson's Free-Use ITC Club is available during these times. All you need to do is register your child's attendance with the club leaders, and they will ensure your child's place is secured. An Arbor-register will confirm their participation, giving you peace of mind while you enjoy the FACTS sessions.

We are looking forward to a successful program  continuation in 2026 after the 2025 Pilot with our parents form 2025 leading the fun. This will bring even more educational and rewarding experiences to both our and families in 2026.

Your support and involvement are greatly appreciated, and we cannot wait to see many of you at our upcoming sessions. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact the school office anytime. Together, let's make the FACTS Project a wonderful journey for everyone involved!
