Axis' Projects Division successfully completed a pilot retrofit conversion for Westminster City Council, transforming an unoccupied Victorian house into a spacious 4-bedroom family home in London's Queens Park Conservation area. The comprehensive renovation included demolition, internal restructuring, electrical rewiring, drainage works, and the installation of energy-efficient features such as PV panels, double glazing, ventilation, and infra-red central heating.
